We serve thoughtful cocktails, specialty whiskeys, a curated sparkling water bar, wine, cider and exclusively Kings & Daughters beer. To help support the full vision of the public house we also opened The Walled Garden food truck serving high quality sandwiches, salads and the occasional "pop up" menu.

About This Role:

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and inviting individual with excellent communication skills. We need someone who is willing to learn, loves a challenge, and is enthusiastic about creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff alike. K&D Support Staff has three main responsibilities - 1) Taking orders in the food truck & supporting food service 2) Bussing tables, bussing stations and washing dishes 3) food truck prep & closing support. K&D support staff help make sure the customer's experience is top notch.

Responsibilities:

Gain a strong understanding of The Walled Garden food and service model Maintains cleanliness and organization of all areas within the pub and kitchen Supporting bartenders (running beverages, prepping supplies, dishwashing) Preparation of food items as tasked by the Kitchen Lead Assists with setup and breakdown for service or events Engage with customers in welcoming and friendly manner Jumping in wherever needed to keep the good vibes going

No experience required Reliable, energetic, and a team player Willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed Open to learning and growing with the company Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude Treat everyone and everything with respect. Comfortable working evenings and/or weekends Excellent communication and organization skills. Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
