Job Description
Rodeos Pizza & Saladeria, in Klamath Falls, OR is known for the best pizzas and salads, beer & cider selection and a fun high-energy atmosphere. Rodeos is looking for friendly and reliable team members who can join an already outstanding work crew. We hire all levels of experience. Experience making pizza is not required, but always appreciated. Be advised, that everyone does dishes, clears tables and pushes a mop from time to time...no matter the pay level. Advancement and pay increases are open to anyone and everyone! Our pay scale is based entirely on performance, not how long you've worked for Rodeos. Our pay scale IS based on: #1 The quality and difficulty of skills you can demonstrate #2 How quickly, efficiently, and consistently you can complete tasks #3 How reliable you are over time #5 Ability to get along with coworkers and galvanize the team Qualities we're looking for: 1) Motivated and reliable 2) Bring a positive attitude 3) Follow directions and retain information 4) Good at prioritizing needs and tasks 5) Able to delegate tasks to co-workers 6) Accomplish tasks independently and train new hires. 7) Some previous restaurant/bar experience is a plus, but not required 8) You must have a current OR Food Handler Card/Cert to prepare food 9) You also must have (or obtain) OLCC Server Permit to serve alcohol Additionally, candidates should be available to work through at least September 2025, but hopefully longer :) At Rodeos, everyone does a little of everything. So, you can expect to work on the cash register, build and bake pizzas, build salads to order, prep ingredients for the line, wash dishes, push a mop and talk with customers. We have no wait staff, so tips are pooled equally (based on # hours worked) among all staff. You must have a valid OR Food Handler permit to be hired. We have a substantial selection of beers, ciders and wines. Some knowledge about these beverages is required. You must be of legal age for serving and drinking alcohol (21 yrs.) and must be willing to obtain an OLCC Server Permit after one month of employment. Compensation 1) $14.50-18/hr plus tips average about $5/hr. Combined pay (after tips is $19.50-$23) 2) Free meals and discounts on beverages 3) Paid time off (1hr/ 30hrs worked) Join our crew!
