As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Qu POS, for efficient order processing. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas following food safety guidelines. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Must be able to lift at least 40 lb. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with culinary practices, food handling, and sanitation standards is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Experience using POS systems is a plus; familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
