Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our front-of-house activities, including delivery, customer service, side work, serving, busing, and cash handling. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly both in person and over the phone. Operate a Clover POS system for order processing and cash handling. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area, including bussing tables, washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash management. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience with POS systems is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
