Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Speak Enthusiastically Make Emotional Connections with Guests Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive-thru Learn all positions, including headset or order taking, monitor or bagging, and window, or in other areas of the restaurant Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned
