Job Summary Join our dynamic food service team as a Pizza / Sandwich Maker! Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas and sandwiches according to established recipes and customer specifications Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, slicers, fryers, and food prep stations safely and efficiently Manage food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are consistently met Take customer orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, process payments, and handle cash register operations Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food service customer order management, including timely preparation and delivery of orders to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards within the food industry Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for retail math, cash transactions, and inventory management Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering delicious food with enthusiasm!
