Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Pour Crew Members for an immediate hire in Ephrata, PA.

Join a growing production team in a precast concrete facility with long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity and room for advancement!

PAY:

$18 - $19/hr. (based on experience)

HOURS:

9-hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday

Pour Crew Member Job Description:

Work as part of a team producing precast concrete products. Responsibilities include pouring, placing, and finishing concrete in forms, operating hand and power tools, and assisting other production crews as needed. This is a fast-paced, safety-sensitive role requiring attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications for

Pour Crew Member:

Experience with concrete finishing or general construction preferred

Ability to recognize potential issues before and during pours

Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Ability to follow instructions from foreman and communicate effectively

Must be able to safely use hand tools and basic power tools

Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Position requires the use of PPE including: safety-toe boots

Additional Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to work in varying temperatures and a noisy production environment
