Grove City County Market is looking for a Meat Department Clerk. The Meat Department Clerk will clean and prepare workstations and displays, answer questions and respond to customer requests. This position is 24-32 hours per week and will consist of early morning shifts, and weekends.

Meat Department Clerk Responsibilities:

Follow approved procedures for receiving, weighing, and breaking down meat products Price and display product in cases as directed by the Department Manager. Providing responsive, exceptional service to Meat Department customers by answering questions, making recommendations, and responding to requests. Operate wrapper, scale, and other electronics. Assist in wrapping and labeling product. Updating displays, cases, and other customer-facing areas to ensure new items and promotions are showcased. Ensuring that work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors, and confirming that tools are in working order. Following all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies. Confirming that all displays, products, and services comply with company standards.
