Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Greeting guests and taking Food & Beverage orders while communicating with other team members within the employee's scheduled location

• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team and customers
• Preparing and serving Food & Beverage items to guests
• Ring in and properly tender orders into a register
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude and connecting with the customer ensuring adherence to all Chick-fil-A brand standards
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and sweeping/mopping work areas, including food prep areas, other food contact surfaces, patio/condiment areas, and floors/walkways
• Storing and rotating stock and food items within assigned work locations
• Complete mandatory food safety and temperature control logs
• Performing opening and closing procedures related to the assigned Food & Beverage location and as directed by shift supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be 15 years of age or older on the date of applying Post-employment - Must be able to complete and pass Chick-fil-A certification within 60 days of hire

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts and Chick-fil-A guidelines Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and/or working under high stress situations

Job Demands:
