Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, grills, ovens, and food prep tools Manage customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely service Handle cash register operations, process transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following proper sanitation and food safety procedures Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation protocols, proper food handling, and storage guidelines Skills Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining a clean workspace Prior experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Join us if you're passionate about delivering quality food with a lively attitude!
