Job Posting:
Maintenance Person A McDonald's Crew Trainer is a critical part of our team. They are required to do the same things a crew member is responsible for throughout the restaurant. You will need to greet customers cheerfully, take their order, and operate the register. You are also required to operate kitchen equipment, preparing and grilling food as necessary. Throughout your shift, you will assist with keeping the restaurant clean and ensuring everything is fully stocked. Additionally, Crew Trainers are mentors to our new team members, providing training on each station within the store.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting customers with a smile Take accurate food orders Properly preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food Continually monitor Restaurant Cleanliness Ensuring items are well stocked Ability to Train and mentor new crew members Communicate clearly and effectively Lead by example
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to Read and Write Possess Basic Computer Knowledge Ability to count money and accurately give change Have a positive attitude Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Work as a member of a team Manage Time effectively Must be 16 years of Age with at least a 9th Grade education
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 20 lbs on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
