Hourly pay + Tip Share Position Summary We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to become the face of our café. You'll greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages, assist with grab-and-go meals, and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience. Responsibilities Welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude. Provide outstanding customer service from start to finish. Operate our easy-to-use point-of-sale (POS) system. Answer questions about our café menu and meal plans. Prepare smoothies, coffees, and other café items. Package and restock grab-and-go meals. Keep the dining room, front counter, and beverage stations clean and organized. Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner rushes. Help maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere for both customers and teammates. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong work ethic and willingness to stay busy. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
