We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful Operations Associate to work closely with our CEO and operations team to support critical functions across the company. About the Role This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role for someone who loves solving problems, getting things done, and keeping many moving pieces organized. No two days will look exactly the same. You may be coordinating a restaurant repair, researching a vendor, helping implement a new process, analyzing an operational issue, following up with outside partners, or supporting restaurant teams with something they need to operate successfully. You don't need to know how to solve every problem, but you need to be great atfiguring things out and following through until they're done. What You'll Do Work directly with the CEO and operations team on company priorities and projects Coordinate projects and operational needs across multiple restaurant locations Research problems, vendors, products, and potential solutions Communicate and coordinate with restaurant teams, vendors, contractors, and corporate partners Track deadlines, open issues, and action items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Help develop and implement processes and SOPs Support areas such as maintenance, vendors, insurance, permits, technology, and restaurant operations Troubleshoot problems and take ownership of finding solutions Identify opportunities to make our operations more organized and efficient Who We're Looking For Extremely organized and able to manage competing priorities Strong sense of urgency and ability to get things done quickly Excellent follow-through and attention to detail Resourceful, curious, and a strong problem solver Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
