FLEXIBLE PART-TIME JOB

CARING TRANSITIONS
Type:
Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
Location:
Western suburbs
  • candidate ideally has a car to drive to work sites (homes)
Hours:
Between 9a and 5p on variable weekdays & weekends
Compensation:
$17-20
Job Available:
Immediately Looking to hire a student, stay-at-home mom, retiree and/or work-from-home freelancer who can work part-time on weekdays and weekends with variable schedule to help sell and clear out homes with a lifetime of possessions before the home is sold.
Responsibilities include:
Working with team to sort and organize possessions into what to sell, what to donate and what to throw out
  • usually on weekdays between 10a and 4p but flexible if can't work full shift Taking photos of items for sale and posting them along with description, dimensions etc. to online auction site
  • CTBids.com
  • using app you download on your phone Staffing auction pick-up and in-person estate sales
  • usually on Saturdays from 10a
  • 2p Help buyers at in-person sales
  • customer service As needed and if appropriate, help buyers carry items to their vehicles If interested, help market the business and related online/in-person sales on digital/social media Opportunity to do meaningful work helping seniors and their families when it is time to sell their home and transition to the next stage in life.
