Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and customer preferences Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including cooking equipment and utensils Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and pizza cutters safely and effectively Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary Assist in training new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and safety protocols Skills Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately Experience in sales or customer service within a restaurant setting is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards Culinary skills Strong time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is beneficial Previous experience in quick-service, fast food restaurant is advantageous
