The Entry Level Team Member communicates with customers in an approachable way, focusing on understanding their needs, explaining available options, and building strong customer relationships. As a Entry Level Team Member, you'll be trained on the practical side of customer engagement and sales: understanding customer needs, presenting products and services, answering questions, and guiding customers through the decision-making process. You'll learn how to have sales conversations that feel natural and customer-focused while developing the ability to recognize opportunities to create value. Core Functions of the Entry Level Team Member Identify customer needs and present relevant products or services, incorporating sales insights naturally into helpful customer conversations. Build meaningful customer relationships as an Entry Level Team Member by creating comfortable and professional interactions that support both customer satisfaction and sales growth. Guide customers through available options by clearly explaining features, benefits, and solutions in a way that makes the decision-making process easier. Communicate pricing, product information, and service details accurately and transparently to establish trust throughout the sales process. As a Entry Level Team Member, recognize sales opportunities by listening carefully to customers and connecting their needs with appropriate solutions. Support customer retention by providing consistent service, following up on customer needs, and creating positive experiences that encourage long-term relationships.
