We serve up famous cobblers, banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and ice cream treats in a fun, high-energy environment. We are building a team that is fast, friendly, and excited to build something sweet from the ground up. What You'll Do As a Crew Member, you will handle both guest interactions and kitchen order fulfillment to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Front of House Responsibilities:

Greet every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Answer questions about menu offerings, flavors, and daily specials. Keep the dining area, counter, and overall storefront clean, organized, and fully stocked. Participate in social media videos and photos to help highlight our fun atmosphere.

Food Prep & Order Fulfillment Responsibilities:

Scoop, assemble, and package cobblers, ice cream, puddings, and specialty desserts to brand standards. Maintain clean, efficient preparation stations while following food safety guidelines. Prepare daily ingredients, manage inventory levels, and assist with restock tasks. Execute fast order turnarounds while maintaining high accuracy and visual quality. Keep back-of-house work areas, dishes, and equipment thoroughly sanitized. What We're Looking For Prior experience in restaurant, fast-casual, or quick-service food environments preferred. Strong communication skills with a hospitality-first mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle dual FOH/BOH duties. High dependability, punctuality, and strong team collaboration. Comfort being featured in store social media content is a plus!
