We're building a high-energy opening team that will set the standard for speed, accuracy, and hospitality from day one. Position Overview As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be an important part of creating a great experience for every Portside guest. You'll work directly with customers while also helping keep the shop running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will move between burrito assembly, order taking, and cashier duties depending on the flow of service. Speed, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities Greeting customers and providing friendly, efficient service Taking customer orders accurately and answering questions about the menu Building and rolling burritos down the line according to customer orders Operating the POS system and processing cash and credit card payments Brewing and serving coffee and keeping the coffee station stocked and clean Restocking food, beverages, paper goods, and other supplies throughout the day Keeping the front of house, service line, counters, and work areas clean and organized Preparing and packaging orders for customers Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming shop Following food safety and sanitation procedures Helping wherever needed during busy periods Supporting the team with opening and closing duties What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people Reliable and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping things clean and organized Comfortable standing and being active throughout the shift Able to learn our menu, recipes, and systems quickly Available for early morning shifts Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
