Job Description

Front of House Team Member - Dough Boys Pizza (Hilton Head Island, SC) Now Hiring Energetic, Friendly Front of House Staff! Dough Boys Fresh is a locally owned pizza shop with a passion for great food, fast service, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We're growing and looking for outgoing Front of House team members to be the face of our restaurant and help create amazing experiences for every guest.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers with a positive attitude and take their orders with accuracy and speed Operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions Serve food and beverages to dine-in guests Assist with phone/internet orders (Toast POS experience a plus) Maintain a clean and organized dining area Support team members in both front and back of house as needed Provide exceptional customer service that makes people want to come back
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing personality Servsafe food and alcohol certifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and upbeat during busy rushes Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Previous restaurant experience a bonus, but not required - we will train the right person!
