What You'll Do Front of House As part of the front-of-house team, you'll be the face of Platia Greek Goodness, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting guests with a smile.
• Taking orders and providing menu recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with efficiency and warmth.

Back of House As part of the back-of-house team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards.
• Following food safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Assisting with inventory and kitchen organization.
