Snack Bar / Beverage Cart / Hospitality Associate Job Overview The Snack Bar / Beverage Cart / Hospitality Associate plays a vital role in providing a high-quality hospitality experience for golf course guests. Operating in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, this position balances active food preparation with mobile sales, and special function service. Employees must maintain a welcoming, professional attitude while managing inventory, handling cash transactions, and enforcing alcohol service safety standards.

Schedule and Rotation Training:

Training hours will be 10-20 hours per week during September.

Hours:

Position averages 25-30 hours per week starting in October.

Rotation:

The shifts will primarily service afternoon and evening service for the snack bar grill and will rotate as needed for the mobile beverage cart and other food service and beverage functions. Main Duties Take and fill customer food and drink orders. Cook food on a grill and use a microwave. Run the cash register and make change. Drive the beverage cart safely on the golf course. Restock coolers, fridges, and the cart. Clean and wash dishes, sweep, and mop floors. Provide other foodservice and beverage support as needed. Job Rules and Skills High school diploma or the same level of education. Must be 21 years old or older. Basic math skills to count money. Valid South Carolina driver's license. South Carolina Serving Alcohol certification (or must complete within 60 days) ServSafe certification (or must complete within 60 days) Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for a long time. Pay Structure Base Rate $11.00 per hour plus tips Evaluation for increase in pay and hours after 90 days.
