Job Summary:
We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic team member to join our store specializing in bubble tea and rolled ice cream. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our bubble tea and rolled ice cream station. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and passion for food are celebrated.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Bubble Tea and Rolled Ice Cream:
Skillfully prepare bubble tea drinks and rolled ice cream according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences. Ensure a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Keep the bubble tea and rolled ice cream station clean, sanitized, and organized at all times. This includes cleaning equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, toppings, and supplies. Communicate with management to restock items as needed and ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all bubble tea drinks and rolled ice cream products meet quality standards. Monitor product freshness and appearance, discarding any items that do not meet specifications.
Operational Support:
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup tasks. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
Cash Handling:
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Operate cash registers and POS systems, processing payments and providing customers with receipts.
Upkeep of Equipment:
Safely operate and maintain bubble tea machines, blenders, ice cream rollers, and other equipment. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly. Adherence to
Food Safety Regulations:
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and disposal procedures. Maintain knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old and above Prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Knowledge of bubble tea and rolled ice cream preparation techniques is a plus
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$10.00 - $13.00 per hour
