Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive and informative service throughout their visit Study our menu and be well versed in what each dish tastes like so you can accurately suggest dishes to customers with confidence Process cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism Maintain cleanliness standards in the workspace, including food handling areas and dining spaces Qualifications Preferred but not required: previous experience in the restaurant industry. If no previous experience, a motivated willingness to learn is required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
