A Wendy's Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment. Crew Members work as part of a team to ensure guests receive accurate orders quickly while following all company procedures, food safety regulations, and EcoSure standards. Essential Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude. Accurately take customer orders and process payments. Prepare food and beverages according to Wendy's recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including the dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and workstations. Restock food, paper products, and supplies as needed. Work efficiently with team members to meet service time goals. Complete assigned opening, shift, and closing duties. Attendance & Reliability Maintain consistent and dependable attendance. Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work at the scheduled start time. Follow all scheduling policies and provide proper notice when requesting time off or reporting an absence. Demonstrate reliability by completing assigned tasks and supporting fellow team members during busy periods.
