Overview We are seeking a Front of House associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. As a team member, you will play a key role in our guest experience while supporting various kitchen operations. The tentative schedule for this position is Tues/Wed (9-3pm), Fri (3-7pm), & Sat (9-3pm). Average is ~20-25 hours per week. Responsibilities Greet customers and answer questions as needed. Provide prompt and friendly service. Make smoothies and deliver food while following food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including workstations and equipment. Learning our point of sale system and operating cash registers Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience as cashier or a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Must be able to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
