We are small, we move fast, and we take quality seriously. This is a ground-floor job at a company that is scaling. This role is the shipping station. You own pack out and customer orders: picking them, packing them, labeling them, and getting them out the door correct and on time. You work indoors in a climate-controlled facility, so you are not packing boxes in the heat. The box you pack is the only physical thing a customer ever receives from us, so it matters that it is right and that it delivers on our promise to them. We are not looking for a rockstar (nothing wrong with those). We are looking for someone careful and organized who wants steady full-time hours doing honest work. On a team this size, one person showing up on time changes the whole day. What You'll Do Roughly 95% of your week is pack out and order fulfillment. The rest is helping the floor with counts and small tasks.

Pack out finished product:

Pack finished product into cases, apply labels and date codes, and verify counts before anything gets put away. Pick, pack and ship orders: Pull the right items in the right quantities for direct-to-consumer and drop-ship orders, pack them well, print labels, and stage outbound for carrier pickup.

Scan accuracy:

Scan and double-check every order before it ships. Right item, right count, right address, every time. This is the number we watch most closely.

Shipping software:

Work in our order and shipping system to process orders, pick the right service, and print labels. We train you on it.

Returns:

Receive returns, quarantine them per procedure, and keep that area orderly. Keep the station stocked and clean: Boxes, void fill, tape and labels on hand before you run out, and a station where everything has a place. A small slice of other work, about 5%: Help with cycle counts and basic inventory moves, and pitch in elsewhere now and then. It is a small part of the job, not the job. What We're Looking For Detail-oriented where it counts. Right item, right count, right address. You double-check instead of assuming. Organized. You keep a station where everything has a place, and you can find anything fast. Cares that the customer opens a good box. You would not ship something you would be annoyed to receive. Shows up on time, every time Tells us early when something changes, instead of going quiet Comfortable with repetitive work at a steady pace for a full shift Basic comfort with a computer: order screens, a label printer, and a scanner No experience necessary. Pay:

$13.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
