Position Summary:

Assist the Food and Beverage team in providing excellent customer service and fulfilling the customer needs efficiently and timely. This position will be under the direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Concessions and Grill assets, including proper food handling and equipment Give excellent customer service to our customers within a fast-paced environment Maintain a clean, sanitary environment within the Grill and concession stand Proper use of equipment such as flat top grill, deep fryer, oven, stove, dishwasher, etc. Operate a POS system Manage and maintain daily cost of sales, cash control and inventory Provide F&B Manager with feedback, ideas and suggestions on a timely basis

Ability to work multiple shifts when assigned Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently and as a team to accomplish goals.
