In this energetic role, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations. Whether you're scooping delicious treats or leading a team during busy hours, your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for every guest. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, sales, and leadership within a fast-paced, fun environment. Duties Prepare and serve high-quality ice creams, toppings, and beverages following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and kitchen stations in compliance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including balancing registers at shift end Assist in training new team members on food preparation techniques, POS operation, and customer service expectations Support team leadership during shifts by coordinating tasks, managing time effectively, and ensuring a positive work environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork Basic math skills for cash handling.
