Duties Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant. Manage cash register operations including cash handling, credit card transactions, and balancing registers at shift end Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling, sanitation, and bussing tables or cleaning workstations as needed Support team members with food preparation tasks or other duties during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math tasks Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in culinary arts, kitchen work, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafes is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts Able to follow instructions This role offers an engaging environment where your energy fuels excellent guest experiences.
