Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dependable Non-CDL Driver/Mover - Crew Lead to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will lead a crew responsible for safely transporting, loading, and unloading household and commercial items. Your expertise in driving box trucks and managing manual handling tasks will ensure smooth operations while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Lead and coordinate moving crews during residential and commercial relocations, ensuring efficient load and unload procedures Safely operate box trucks and personal vehicles for delivery and transportation of goods, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Load, secure, and unload items using manual handling techniques, material handling equipment, or other tools while practicing safe lifting practices Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries, addressing questions or concerns promptly Qualifications Proven experience in delivery driving, moving services, or warehouse operations with familiarity in manual handling and heavy lifting techniques Valid driver's license with experience operating box trucks or van drivers; commercial truck driving experience is a plus but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Physical capability to lift heavy items regularly while following safe lifting practices; comfortable with manual handling tasks throughout the workday Prior warehouse experience or courier background is advantageous Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Join us in delivering outstanding service through active leadership! Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 48.0 per week
