Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently

Keep the kitchen clean, orderly, and up-to-date with new products

Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues

Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented

Cheerful, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
