Available Help for . Sonic Drive-In is seeking Carhops to provide friendly and efficient service to guests. Carhops are responsible for delivering orders, assisting guests with payment, maintaining service areas, and helping ensure products meet Sonic's quality and appearance standards. This position may require irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Duties:
Verify orders meet quality and appearance standards before delivery
Deliver food and beverages to guests
Carry and balance trays weighing up to 25 pounds
Provide friendly, quick, and professional customer service
Respond promptly to guest requests
Assist guests with payment and accurately make change
Report customer concerns to the Manager on Duty
Clear trays and trash from vehicles, patio areas, drive-thru, and parking areas
Follow company policies, procedures, and operating standards
Perform cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the restaurant
Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Qualifications:
General restaurant or retail knowledge
Basic math and reading skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow directions
Strong customer service and multitasking skills
Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to 25 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
