What You'll Do as a

Day Maker:

Provide outstanding service at the pay station

every interaction is a chance to make a guest's day.

Promote memberships with integrity by focusing on guests' needs and demonstrating value—exceptional service drives natural membership growth. Build positive relationships with guests, making them feel welcome and appreciated. Ensure everything at the pay station runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the ClearWater brand.

Compensation:

$13-14 per hour Enjoy free car washes as part of our team! This is a full-time, day-shift position , with 35-40 hours a week.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, positive attitude that makes guests feel comfortable. A bit of sales experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person with a willingness to learn. Ability to focus on the details and take pride in your work. Enjoy working outside, rain or shine. Reliable and able to work your scheduled shifts on time, every time.
