As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Duties Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including front and back of the store Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow food handling guidelines to ensure safety and quality of food products. Skills Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience with food handling practices in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to operate cash registers efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote menu items effectively.
