About the Role We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer, while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the front-of-house area. Youll be a key part of the team, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards, and helping to create an enjoyable environment for both customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve food and beverages to company standards.

Process cash and card payments accurately.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house area.

Respond positively to customer questions, requests, and feedback.

Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout their visit.

Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service.

Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety procedures.

Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.

Support other team members during busy periods.

Represent the business positively and contribute to a friendly team environment.
