Front of House Team Members Palenque Grill - Brownsville is looking for friendly, energetic, and guest-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. We are seeking team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and are committed to providing excellent service to every guest. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Provide excellent guest service throughout each interaction Support Front of House operations based on restaurant needs and assigned position Accurately process guest transactions and handle payments when assigned Assist with maintaining clean, organized, and guest-ready dining and service areas Communicate effectively with team members and management Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and support Front of House operations Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Additional Information Flexible availability preferred, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Position and responsibilities may vary based on experience, availability, and restaurant needs Apply today and join the Palenque Grill team!
