What We Offer Hourly pay:

$12.00 - $13.00 per hour, depending on experience Full-time position, typically requiring around 40 hours per week Paid, hands-on training and ongoing leadership development Free shift meals and employee discounts at KFC locations Your Role As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist the management team in running shifts smoothly and ensuring great guest experiences. You'll lead team members during your shifts, support restaurant operations, and help maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising team members during assigned shifts and ensuring tasks are completed Assisting with shift-level staffing, scheduling, and basic cash handling Maintaining high standards for food quality, speed, safety, and cleanliness Supporting training, coaching, and development of new and existing team members Handling guest concerns professionally and ensuring guest satisfaction Communicating shift issues and needs to the Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager What You Bring Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred (Quick Service Restaurant experience is a plus) Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment Proven reliability and a willingness to lead by example Must be 18 years of age or older Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Step into a leadership role with real growth potential.
