Join our seasonal team, helping us turn designs into high-quality screen-printed apparel checking that products are meeting our standards for excellence. Screen-printing experience is welcome but not required—we will help you learn our process. What You'll Do As part of the quality control team, you will: Ensure that products and prints match work orders. Inspect print quality to ensure it meets standards. Communicate any issues to machine operators. Prepare orders for transfer to other teams. Record progress and order details in work logs. Organize and label workorders by number and date. Keep your work area neat and orderly. What Helps You Succeed You may be a strong fit if you can: Show up ready to contribute and be someone your team can count on. Follow written instructions (English) and pay attention to details. Demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail. Perform well in a fast-paced production environment. Troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new skills. Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed. Communicate clearly and with a good attitude. Competitive pay:

$16-$20 per hour.

Full workweeks:

40+ hours, with potential Saturday work during busy periods.

Strong seasonal performance may lead to consideration for full-time openings based on business needs. Schedule & Pay Available shifts: 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays possible.
