Pumphouse Car Washes is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Express Car Wash Team Member to join our Express Tunnel Location in Castroville. This is an active, outdoor position at our Castroville Express Tunnel location. (645 US HWY 90 East, Castroville, TX 78009) Responsibilities include providing friendly customer service, guiding vehicles safely into the wash tunnel, and assisting customers with wash selections. Team members will also promote and sell unlimited wash memberships to achieve company sales goals while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming car wash. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, can communicate effectively and is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Team members can earn commission based on unlimited wash membership sales. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service Greet customers and assist with wash selections Explain, promote, and sell unlimited wash memberships Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor and into the wash tunnel Monitor the tunnel and equipment during operation Keep the property, tunnel entrance, vacuum area, and workspaces clean Restock towels, cleaning supplies, and other customer amenities Empty trash and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Follow all safety procedures and report equipment issues Assist with other duties as needed to support daily operations Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand long periods of time Must be comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions Must be available to work weekends and holidays Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Must be friendly, dependable, and hardworking Previous experience is not required; we are willing to train the right person Schedule 30-40 hours per week Weekend and holiday availability is required
