Specialty Tea & Beverage About the Role South River USA LLC is the U.S. operating platform of Singapore-based South River Group (SRG), an investment and brand management company specializing in building, scaling, and globalizing premium consumer brands. South River USA develops Royal Cathay, a heritage premium tea brand, and Origin Leaf, a single-origin organic tea brand from Georgia. The company is expanding both brands through retail, e-commerce, wholesale, corporate gifting, hospitality, and distribution partnerships. We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable Sales Associate to represent our tea company at the Texas State Food Championships in Corpus Christi, Texas, from September 25-27. You'll work directly with customers at our event booth, introducing them to our teas, answering questions, processing sales, and helping create a welcoming brand experience. Responsibilities Greet customers and introduce them to our tea products Educate customers about our teas and make product recommendations Process sales and handle payments accurately on Square Set up, maintain, and break down the booth Keep products and the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked Represent the brand in a friendly and professional manner Help with inventory and restocking throughout the event Provide excellent customer service in a busy festival environment Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment Previous retail, sales, food/beverage, or event experience is a plus, but not required Genuine interest in tea, food, or specialty beverages is a plus Schedule & Compensation September 25, 26: 10 AM
