Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines at all times. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and give correct change to customers. Assist in food handling procedures, including proper storage, sanitation, and food safety management. Support retail sales transactions by engaging customers positively and providing excellent service. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or café environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety protocols diligently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
