Duties Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company standards and recipes Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking their orders accurately and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Manage food handling responsibilities including proper storage, portioning, and food safety practices Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities Process cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or café environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales and cashiering functions Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for cash register operations and transaction processing Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential Join us in creating delicious moments for every guest!
