" We are looking for team members for our Texas location (Firewheel, Garland). Job description & key responsibilities The Team Member will work directly with Guests, ensuring a great experience while enforcing HAPIK safety standards . All Team Members may be assigned duties in one or more area at the park at management discretion. Reception and snacking area. Orientation briefing and equipment. Climbing zone supervision. Parties and events host. General responsibilities for all positions include, but are not limited to: Maintaining a safe environment. Providing a great customer experience. Maintaining a clean environment. Developing Park sales. Delivering efficient day to day operations. Creating a strong team culture. Qualifications Customer Service and Retail Sales experience preferred. Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
