BLD Meals is looking for a dependable and hardworking Team Member to assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks in our meal-prep operation. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable helping wherever needed. Responsibilities may vary depending on the day and production needs. You may assist with meal assembly, , packaging, stocking, cleaning, and general upkeep of the facility. Duties & Responsibilities Assist on the meal assembly line, including portioning, assembling, packaging, and organizing meals. Assist with basic food preparation such as cutting, portioning, measuring, and organizing ingredients. Keep production and kitchen areas clean and organized throughout the shift. Sweep and mop floors and clean up spills as needed. Clean windows, counters, work surfaces, equipment, and other areas of the facility. Wash dishes, utensils, containers, and kitchen equipment when needed. Take out trash and help maintain a clean work environment. Restock containers, ingredients, supplies, and other production materials. Assist with receiving and organizing groceries and supplies. Follow BLD Meals recipes, portion standards, food-safety procedures, and cleanliness standards. Help with other kitchen, production, cleaning, or general operational tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, willing to learn, and comfortable performing different tasks throughout their shift. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes initiative, works efficiently, and understands that everyone helps wherever needed to keep production running smoothly. Previous kitchen or food-service experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
