Full Job Description Job Overview:

Slow Drip TX is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Café Crew Member to join its team. The ideal candidate will assist with beverage preparation, customer service, and daily café operations while helping create a welcoming and positive café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages Greet customers and take orders accurately Operate POS system and process payments Maintain cleanliness of café, counters, and equipment Restock ingredients, cups, and café supplies Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

No experience required (training provided) Previous café or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
