Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items, and provide excellent service to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling procedures with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist in food storage, inventory management, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Support team members during busy periods by multitasking across cashiering, food prep, and customer service roles Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
