Job Summary We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Cashier/Line Crew/Team Members. In this role, you'll be the face of our operation, providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions and food orders. Whether you're taking orders at the counter, preparing food, or maintaining a clean workspace, your energy and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every guest. This position offers a dynamic environment where teamwork and enthusiasm are key to success. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Process cash, credit, and digital transactions smoothly while ensuring proper cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Assist in food preparation and assembly, including operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, dining area, and kitchen according to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. Support the team during busy hours by helping with food prep, stocking supplies, and keeping the work area organized. Skills Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
