Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic Smoothie King environment with open availability . As a Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with daily operations. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy working as part of a team. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections. Operate the POS system, including Aloha POS, to process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas. Assist in ensuring a tidy environment for guests. Help restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift. Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with Smoothie King operations and retail math is a plus. Ability to operate POS systems effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Willingness to help others and work collaboratively within a team setting. Previous experience in sales or food service is advantageous but not required.
