Crew Members Duties:

Operate our point-of-sale system Speak to numerous customers on a daily basis Engage customers in conversations about Charter products Enter data for new and existing customer accounts Complete guided training in customer service and sales techniques Assist with sales Help customers make shopping decisions Sales Customer service Customer engagement Greeting customers

Crew Member Preferred Experience:

No prior experience is needed for this role!
