As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a passion for food service, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food products. Skills Experience in food service or culinary settings is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory (Retail math). Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
